"According to plan"

Today I’m pretty sure that nothing went  “according to plan”. I use quotation marks because I know that God’s timing and plan is the right plan and there is nothing we can do about the obstacles that are thrown in our way. I could give you a list of everything that went wrong this morning, but none of that matters. All I know is that I have never been more at peace about where I am supposed to be in my whole life. With all the funny smells, delays, and beeping noises, I was reminded of one of my favorite verses: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do and He will direct your paths.” -Proverbs 3:5-6. The common denominator between all of the members of our team is that we all have faith that we are where we are supposed to be-even if it’s spending all day in the airport. God is good in every situation. And even after only being out of Tyler for less than 24 hours it is so evident that He is at work. God is molding us and shaping us with every step of our journey until our hearts love Him more than anything else in this world.
